Fixed Asset Management
Offers fast processing of records involving large number of assets going through complex asset activity. Performs complex calculations and displays reports instantaneously by maintaining a complete trace of individual assets over a long period of time. Depreciations are accounted for in the system in accordance with client’s company policy.

PreProjects Barcode
Is an extract of the research of many years. The barcodes can be printed in different sizes and different types with any Laser or Thermal Printer. PreProjects Barcode System (FBS) supports major barcode types including EAN–13, EAN–8, Code 39, Code 3 of 9, Code 128 etc. The system can print customized array of barcodes, for example, 55 barcodes on 6.6” X 10” sticker sheet along with Product Name, Company Name and Price.
 

Transport Account
Enables the user to digitally document all vehicle related information such as consumption of POL, maintenance, mileages, routes, drivers etc. Different pieces of information are tied together on vehicle codes and formatted on user’s preferred display pattern to formulate productive MIS reports.
 

Insurance Record
Takes the user along various stages of insurance claim process. Reports can be printed for specific assets on various stages. Easy to follow screen prompts and input screens make this system easy to understand and operate. It minimizes manual effort involved in tracking and prioritizing various claims on different stages.
 

Provident Fund
Maintains individual ledgers of provident fund of all employees. It deducts provident fund from employee’s salary according to companies policy and joins with an equal or varying amount contributed from the company’s account to form accumulated fund to be paid to the employee at the end of service or following company’s policies. Advance payments against salaries can be paid and later adjusted by transacting user friendly voucher entry system. The system is extremely user friendly by involving only one voucher per month for each employee at the end of the month. Advances are treated by separate vouchers.
