How to create a Email Form Step 1:

1. You must check this box if the submitting information is required in the text field. 2. Label of your text field. (e.g First name, Last name, Father's name...etc) 3. Variable Name of your text field and also will be a column name of your database table. 4. Select the type of your text field. 5.Enter character length of your text field. 6. For "Radio button", "Check box", and "Select List" you will enter number of group options and for" Text Area" it is number of columns.

1. Enter the label of your Submit button. 2. Enter the label of your Reset button. 3. Enter the number of rows you want for your text area. 4. Enter default values for your email form when it loads.

1. Enter Title of your email form. 2. Select this check box if you want to receive data in your email. 3 Enter you email address 4. Select this check box if you want to save your data in database. 5. Enter the database name you have already created. 6. Enter the table name you want to create in database (e.g Customer, clients....etc) 7. Enter your response page url after submission email form. 8. Or select this check box confirm submissions. Step 6:
1. Select design format of your form.
1. Your email form is ready now. Copy your code and paste in your contact page. 2. You can edit and delete data from your administration panel.
